Description: Personal Safety Awareness Class The personal safety class is a cooperative program presented by the Gladstone Parks & Recreation Department and the Gladstone Public Safety Department. This program is designed to increase individual awareness of the potential threat that may exist in any given location. The presentation will provide guidance in making good decisions both at home and away when it comes to personal safety. The program will also give participants a working knowledge of what to look for and how to react in different situations. Pre-Registration is necessary Dates Tuesday, June 20, 2006 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Place Gladstone City Hall Council Chambers Fee: Free Deadline: June 13, 2006 Instructor: Sergeant Richard King Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
