Gladstone Hy-Vee Dietitian, Valerie is teaching the Healthy Eating Class at the Gladstone Hy-Vee on 72nd and N. Prospect. Class teaches children ages 7-15 how to read the nutrition facts label, includes a grocery store hunt and healthy snack.
